The Skye Terrier was used by farmers and fishermen to hunt otters, badgers and foxes. A Skye is long, low and profusely coated. They are about 10 inches at the shoulder and are approximately twice as long as they are high. A Skye is loyal and friendly with people he knows but reserved and cautious with strangers. *************************************************** JUNE 2010 Lev gains her Jumping Dog title in agility competitions.
